What We Treat
The Listening SLP, LLC serves Charlotte and surrounding areas in-person and via teletherapy. Services are available via teletherapy for all of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
We provide speech and language assessments and treatments for the following areas:

SERVICES
COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLE
CONSULTATIONS. A 15-minute complimentary phone consultation is available to discuss the concerns and needs prior to an evaluation.
At this time, The Listening SLP, LLC is private pay only.
EVALUATION. An evaluation is performed by a certified speech-language pathologist to determine current strengths and weaknesses. Each evaluation includes a written report, informal observations, and recommendations.
Aural Rehabilitation - $200
Speech and Language - $250
Literacy - $500
THERAPY. After the evaluation, the therapist will discuss the plan of care, which will address treatment options, the frequency, and the length of time recommended for services. Services are available for in-home, school, and teletherapy.
30 minutes - $75
45 minutes - $115
60 minutes - $150
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION/ COLLABORATION. If you are a parent who is looking to have an in-depth discussion with a specialist about your child's needs or a therapist that needs assistance with a particular case, Sydney provides live consultations via video chat or over the phone.
$150/hour (charged in 15-minute increments)
INSURANCE. We are considered an out-of-network provider. You can contact your insurance company directly to see if they cover out-of-network assessment and/or treatment for speech-language therapy/teletherapy.
A superbill will be provided upon request for you to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
We are an approved, direct pay provider for North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority Grants (NCSEAA) through the Education Savings Account and Disabilities Grant. That means no out-of-pocket expenses.
